Welcome to Rose Challenges

Brief overview of the project

Brief overview of the project

The Rose Challenges Residence is "at the service of your resilience".
It is the project of a wave-protected accommodation facility offering catering for short stays. It would be adapted to the needs of people who are electrosensitive and chemically sensitive (EHS-MCS), or even intolerant to waves or who suffer from certain invisible disabilities (allergies, asthma, etc.): A hotel-style residence dedicated to anyone seeking to "compensate" for the stress of their everyday life, with an "intimate and calm atmosphere" conducive to "recovery" for hypersensitive people, for example.
I want to propose a place which, through its innovative facilities and various offers and services, not only would aim to provide a haven from these pollutants, but also to contribute to a personal and intimate rebalancing, a ‘reharmonisation’ that contributes profoundly, including passively, to the well-being of all individuals who stay there, "as soon as they cross the threshold of the residence".

My project is simple yet atypical. It involves implementing on one hand, an original combination of resources inspired by various contexts and environments (industrial, for example, but not only), and on the other hand, the synthesis of a decade of research on what I call 'the new challenges'.
You will enjoy the passive qualities of an old stone building (adapted and protected according to my criteria and requirements
in collaboration with a study office) with green spaces in a sparsely built-up environment, not isolated but close to nature (adjacent woods and river, 6 hectares of neighbouring meadows that cannot be built on): A small ‘oasis’, where even the most common or ‘normal’ nuisances are greatly reduced, yet close to all amenities in case of need or emergency. And a car park a few metres away. The location is close to the centre of a small, friendly town, with a post office, cinema and numerous services and shops nearby. And also in the beautiful Pays de la Loire french region, about forty minutes from the beaches of the Atlantic coast.

It would be an exceptional compromise that should help you feel free and "normal" in a place that I hope you will find comfortable. In addition, there will be additional offers of dedicated and useful services and products dedicated to your well-being and that could optimise your personal efforts, and help you become more resilient. You may even find that you become more creative, and that you can enrich your personal life after your stay.
If you would like more details (and F.A.Q.) about the context, environment, ideas and offer and a video of the place, I have shared some information here.
