Understanding
Understanding what
is happening, how and why is perhaps the starting point for leaving
the victim position, taking responsibility for yourself and making
the best choices...
You don't need to be a biochemical
researcher to understand some simple points: The more you are
exposed, the more sensitive you become and many diseases, such as electrosensitivity and chemical sensitivity (but not only), are linked by the same biochemical
process.
In the Focus section, there is a video of 1 hour 37 minutes that exposes with precise tables, many details on the biochemical processes to understand electrosensitivity as well as chemical sensitivity.
For
those who are interested, you will find in this video a basis to
understand how, by electromagnetic or chemical stimulation, you can
be disturbed, even manipulated...
But if you prefer to read a very complete and clear text that does not require such a long attention span and sustained concentration, then read Dr. Jean-Pierre Willem's article "Electrosensitivity and heavy metals".
To begin and to make it very simple :
1 - You
already know that the human body is mostly composed of salt water.
That this salt is the very many minerals that participate in the
constitution and functioning of the cells of your body and in fact,
the cell uses it and feeds on it to live and function.
2- You
also know what a cell is and roughly what it is made up of or
schematically what it looks like, with a membrane that constitutes
its unity.
3- You more or less know the principle of
electricity which is an electronic phenomenon : Movement of electrons
in a field and circuit, and this movement produces/is energy. It is a
movement of electrons/particles from one atom to another. A passage
from one to the other.
4- You know what a canal is : A space
for the passage and/or the regulation of a liquid element, sometimes
marked out by locks. These locks allow the passage, from one section
of the canal to another, of mobile elements (boats in general) in/on
the fluid that is fresh or salt water.
These simple things
being said, now two fundamental things to know :
1 - A calcium
channel :
A calcium channel is an ion channel, formed by
proteins and crossing the cell membrane. It allows the passage of
calcium ion from the outside to the inside of the cell. Most of the
so-called "calcium channels" can also let through a lesser
quantity of other cations, more or less depending on the structure of
the pore that opens them, or on the potential (voltage); their
PCa/PNa permeability ratio varies from 0.3 to 10.
2- The
phenomenon of resonance
The frequencies of (electronic)
devices cover, either directly or through their harmonics, the same
frequency ranges as the oscillations of calcium, magnesium, sodium,
lithium ions... or even more complex systems such as amino acids, or
even organs as a whole. This interference of internal (biological)
and external (electromagnetic pollution) frequencies creates
phenomena of resonances and beats that generate an alteration of the
movement of ions at the cellular level and thus modify their
concentration within the cells. As a reminder, this is shown by the
intracellular concentration of calcium in the cells of the pituitary
gland which is multiplied by more than 2 after exposure to cell
phones and returns to normal with CMO.
The polluting devices
are thus on the same frequency ranges as the movements of certain
ions at the level of the cell, but in addition the intensity of the
electromagnetic radiation of these devices is millions or even
billions of times stronger. (Source: Partner)

Another short video (lecture) on the topic of hypersensitivity :
In this website, you can discover
a selection of products that I believe are suitable.
Having
said that, here are some excerpts from a presentation from which you
can extract and understand the essential information even if you do
not have a scientific background. They should help you to see even
more clearly. Then, if you want, you can always complete your
knowledge. And for those who want to go into a little more detail,
the link to the source and the partner site are provided at the
end.
"Exposure to electromagnetic fields acts via the
activation of L-type voltage-dependent calcium channels.
How this
leads to electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) and other health
effects."
"(...) this group of "emerging diseases,"
namely chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, multiple chemical
sensitivity and EHS, are all initiated by a common mechanism.
"(...)
EMFs (Electromagnetic Fields) activate voltage-dependent calcium
channels. And it is the downstream effects of increased intracellular
Ca2+ that lead to the biological effects of EMF exposure. The main
evidence is that a whole series of studies show that in studies of
exposure to various low-frequency electromagnetic fields, all the
effects produced can be blocked by calcium channel blockers, that is,
drugs that inhibit voltage-gated calcium channels.
"(...)
Now we will talk about electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS).
Cases
of EHS are thought to be caused by prior exposure to electromagnetic
fields, particularly microwave/radio frequency EMFs.
Here, one of
the main sources of information on a possible mechanism of EHS is
what we know about the mechanism of multiple chemical sensitivity
(MCS).
EHS and MCS have much in common: Cases of both can be
initiated by prior exposures, to chemicals in the case of MCS and to
electromagnetic fields in the case of electromagnetic
hypersensitivity (EHS), such exposures then causing high
hypersensitivity reactions. They are often comorbid (occurring in the
same individuals). They both involve symptoms originating in the
brain and other symptoms originating in peripheral tissues. In both
cases, there is a great deal of symptomatic variation from one
individual to another, consistent with a primary local mechanism with
variable tissue distribution.
"(...) There are a variety
of similarities between NMDA receptors and L-type CCVDs:
1.
Both open an ion channel when activated.
2. Both channels
remain open for a relatively long period of time compared to other
channels.
3. Both allow significant amounts of calcium to flow
into the cell.
4. The effects of both are thought to be
mediated by excess intracellular calcium [Ca2+]i.
5. Both
produce large amounts of nitric oxide (NO), due to the action of two
calcium-dependent nitric oxide synthases, with NO often inducing
peroxynitrite production in both.
6. Both have been shown to
be able to stimulate long-term potentiation, a process in the central
nervous system involved in learning and memory by producing neural
sensitization.
It can be proposed, therefore, that all of
these related similarities have roles in allowing each of them to
produce the high levels of sensitivities that we call MCS or EHS. If
there is one key thing you should take away from this talk, it is
that the similar properties of NMDA receptors and L-type CCVDs are
almost certainly behind both types of sensitivity!!!
"(...)
Consequently, in the brain, EHS acts as follows :
>
Microwave EMFs are more active in activating CCVDs in some brain
regions than in others.
> In these areas where they are
most active they will raise the levels of [Ca2+]i, nitric oxide and
peroxynitrite, starting the NO/ONOO(-) cycle.
> This will
make this area more sensitive to further exposure as the cycle has
already started, causing greater sensitivity than before.
>
This will also stimulate long-term potentiation, causing the synapses
to become hypersensitive. So you still have extra sensitivity.
>
Protein kinase C is also stimulated by prior exposure and by the
NO/ONOO(-) cycle, so that CCVDs are even more sensitive to
stimulation.
In summary
> Microwaves and
other electromagnetic fields act by activation of CCVD
>
Pathophysiological responses are produced by excess [Ca2+]i, NO,
peroxynitrite and oxidative stress
> Therapeutic responses
occur via NO signaling
> EHS can be understood, because of
similarities with CSM, as being due to [Ca2+]i, NO, peroxynitrite and
oxidative stress.
> This EHS mechanism allows predictions
to be made in terms of treatments, some of which have already been
studied
> It also allows predictions to be made in terms of
trials, some of which have already been documented.
> The
role of the NO/ONOO(-) cycle in triggering these susceptibility
diseases, namely ME/CFS and fibromyalgia, links them etiologically to
each other and to many other diseases."
