Precautions
For most of
us, we don't live under the shelter of 50 cm stone walls (or in a 4
star shungite covered bunker) surrounded by a forest with access to
clean and healthy water, pure air, 100% organic "living"
food, with high nutritional and energetic value, without additives,
pesticides, and free of various nanoparticles... The fact is that
places free of electromagnetic and chemical pollution are rare.
It
is not easy to find personal hygiene and care products, cleaning
products, clothes or anything else that can be used on a daily basis
in our various activities that are free of toxic or harmful elements
or consequences.
As stated in the Presentation, this site
shares a personal experience and does not constitute a solution that
would presume to save the world or to be infallible. Our responsibility is, I believe, as we
see more clearly, to do our best and at least to take as many
precautions as possible, without feeling guilty for not being
perfect. And it is already a challenge to overcome what we are
facing.
Here are just a few remarks that I think are
essential :
1- There is no print or screen capture blocker
on this site. If you have the constraint or need to stay online only
for a limited time to reduce your exposure because you don't have any
compensation or protection device yet, you can copy and paste, save
or print all the content you want to read offline or on paper as long
as it is for personal use.
2- If you are a smartphone user
and use or plan to use a case to protect yourself from its radiation,
one thing I learned :
"(...) Make sure that the pouches to
be put around a phone are "safe", according to our studies
by blocking the waves of the phone by a Faraday cage the toxicity
does not decrease at all, or even increases. Probably a false good
idea, the argument "we decrease the waves therefore we decrease
the toxicity" is not biologically accurate

Would
you have a remark or precision on what would make a "safe"
pouch ?
To make it simple, the embryonic mortality was
measured (after 21 days of incubation, how many chicks hatched, how
many died).
- control batch: 15 to 20% mortality
-
exposed to a cell phone: 60% mortality
- exposed to the same
phone + CMO: 20% mortality
- exposed to the same phone + a
Faraday cage around this phone: 75% mortality.
So biologically
the metal case around the phone does not protect.
It is for me
imperative to ask for biological proof of the effectiveness of a

MINIMIZE your use of EMF generating technologies
2. MAXIMIZE
the distance between your body and EMF generating
technologies when they are used.
Not
only does EMF radiation weaken with distance - it actually decreases
in power exponentially with distance.
This has to do with the inverse square
law (...) : Electromagnetic fields weaken exponentially with
distance. So every extra inch - even millimeter - of distance you put
between you and the EMF source will have a big impact on your
exposure. Literally every inch counts when it comes to your EMF
exposure.
The best protection against EMF is free.

4- To
prevent/compensate for the fact that hypersensitivity can lead to
various forms of food intolerance, it may be necessary to adopt, step
by step and methodically, a diet that is not only ORGANIC as far as
possible, vegetarian if there are no major contraindications, but
also gluten and lactose free.

The advice
Proceed to a deep detoxification of the organism and reinforce the hydration internally with osmosed, filtered or spring water, vegetable juices, coconut water or fresh drink based on fruits and vegetables maceration.
Hypotoxic diet of the Seignalet type
Mono-diet one evening per week or 2 days per month
Take showers and wash hands frequently to relieve symptoms (or walk in sea water or morning dew)
Consider the removal of any metal dental alloys but under strict control so as not to have major acute intoxication by the materials contained in the alloy.
Avoid living near relay antennas and high voltage lines.
Do not use your cell phone in a gas station, risk of explosion
Do not wear synthetic materials but cotton, wool, leather.
Do not wear metal frames for glasses, avoid jewelry, all metal is conductive.
Proceed to a grounding if presence of hyper-electrosensitivity. To connect it to the ground, wrap an electric wire around the wrist or ankle and connect it to a ground socket... the effect is spectacular: tensions are released, muscles relax, the person finds colors and serenity.
Another way to unload is to walk barefoot.
Regular osteopathy sessions to relieve symptoms in the spine (cervical) and skull. Keeping a maximum mobility seems essential. When "it doesn't circulate anymore", everything goes from bad to worse.
EMDR sessions to assimilate emotional traumas and reduce stress
Practice of meditation and different exercises of yoga, Do In, sophrology very effective to reduce the symptoms and learn to overcome the pain without panicking, and even to make the feeling of being "electrified" disappear in case of exposure.
Some people suffering from electrosensitivity can no longer take public transport such as trains, TGV, buses, can no longer go to shops, theaters, to their friends, they must ask that everything be unplugged (wifi, cell phones). And that's without taking into account the sensitivity to low frequencies which increases very quickly, their life is no longer the Life !
In case of dizziness or accident, it is vital to take the person in emergency to an area where care can be provided.
A vehicle without windows, a cellar, a survival blanket covering the person entirely (especially the head) may be appropriate if no other means has been found.
